Typical adverse biochemical effects in foods and other substances are many and mostly unknown by consumers, biochemical reactions caused by the "economy" lamps and other types of fluorescent lamps. The experiment of importing "economic" bulbs except for the side effects to the health of consumers it remains to find exactly how affects the quality of our food and what is the energy cost of such an effect, which is not qualifying in the comparative studies which conclude that "economy" lamps are energy bargains.
